1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Patri.
- By using the app, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into these Terms.
2. Account and Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false, misleading, or offensive information.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Patri for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead other users.
- Post or share sexually explicit content, offensive material, or copyrighted content you don't own.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion if these rules are violated.
4. In-App Purchases
- Patri uses Stripe's secure payment system for all purchases.
- Chat credits can be purchased to unlock conversations with your matches.
- Available packages: 1, 3, 5, or 7 chat credits.
- Each chat credit unlocks one conversation between you and a match.
- Payments are charged to your credit card via Stripe.
- All purchases are final and subject to our refund policies.
- You can manage your purchases through your account settings.
5. Safety Disclaimer
- Patri encourages authentic connections but cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of other users.
- Always exercise caution when sharing personal information or meeting others in person.
- Patri is not responsible for the actions of other users.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and features of Patri are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
7. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time in the app.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Patri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect security.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
